What does a typical work flow look like?

You share us login of your client facing portal like Taxdome, Canopy, Karbon, Financialcents, or any other client tool which you use and put the client on our work list. We can also work with Sharepoint / Google workspace / Dropbox, if you use that for collecting documents or your clients are predominantly walk ins and you scan the physical documents.
We do primary review of the past tax year return and current year documents. 
We also read your comments / notes on the return and communication with the client. 
We rename the documents correctly classify documents in folders. 
We start with actual tax preparation. Either we share a draft return or list out the missing things. We communicate to your inhouse admin or if given a mandate, directly to the client through your client portal. 
Post additional information, we give you draft with our final comments / pending critical issues if any.  
Along with the draft, we also share an excel review sheet. The renaming of the files, appropriate classification in folders coupled with the excel review sheet greatly reduces your review time.
On closure, the return is taken up by your admin staff for signatures and filing.
